Speaker A:We had a near miss with a car and it was so important to honour my nervous system and I didn't realize my brain kept me safe in the moment and then my nervous system started really talking.
Speaker A:So the from Wednesday evening when I acknowledged it after the incident happened, at the early hours of Tuesday morning, my body has been really, really speaking to me.
Speaker A:So this is just a little update to say thank you for your patience.
